Mahmut Bilgiç, born in Kayseri in 1964, completed primary school in Ankara and middle school and high school in Kayseri. Graduating from Erciyes University Engineering Faculty Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Bilgiç acted as senior executive in sectors leading companies. He is the General Manager of Tekno Bağlantı El. Paz. ve Tic. A. Ş. since 2013.

Hamit Turgut DURMAZ, born in Malatya in 1980, completed high school in Malatya, graduated from İnönü University Department of Chemistry and earned his master’s degree in the Department of Physicochemistry of the same faculty. He continues to act as the Heat Treatment & Coating Manager of Tekno Bağlantı El. Paz. ve Tic. A. Ş. since 2011.
He was born in 1972 in Alacahan (Sivas). He completed his primary school in Alacahan and his secondary and high school education in Malatya. Turgut graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences - Department of Finance. He started his career in 1993 as a Financial Consultancy intern. He worked in all HR departments as the Human Resources Manager in a textile company that is a leader in its sector for 26 years starting in 1996. He currently continues his duty as the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager in Tekno Bağlantı Elemanları Paz. ve Tic. A. Ş.
