Wire Drawing

The aim at this process is to have a suitable production diameter and roundness of the parts during cold forging process, therefore the wire rods which are subject to pickling and phosphate treatment are brought to a final diameter from 2 mm to 27 mm by wire drawing process for usage of double stroke and multi stationary cold forging machine which are placed at Çetin Civata Production Plant.
